Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial gives you the full platform with no card on file. We only ask for payment if you decide to keep using Forge.
What counts as a unit?
Each rentable unit you manage. A single-family home is one unit; a fourplex is four. You're billed on your active unit count.
Is there a long-term contract?
No annual lock-in. After the trial it's simple month-to-month billing at $1.10 per unit. Add or remove units anytime and your bill adjusts. Cancel whenever you like.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account rolls into the standard $1.10-per-unit plan. We'll email you before the trial ends so you can add a payment method or cancel — there are no surprise charges.
